PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface impregnated material capable of being applied at a proper amount with one time application operation even when application face is a wall or a roof and excellent in permeability.SOLUTION: There is provided a surface impregnated material containing alkoxysilane, petroleum naphtha, higher fatty acid amide and a solvent and the alkoxysilane is represented by the following formula (1). RSi(OR)(1), where Rrepresents a phenyl group which may be substituted by an alkyl group having 5 to 12 carbon atoms or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, n represents 1 or 2, Reach other may be same or different when n is 2, Rrepresents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and a plurality of Rs each other may be same or different.
【課題】施工面が壁や天井であっても、一回の塗布作業で適正量塗布することが可能であり、且つ浸透性に優れた表面含浸材を提供すること。【解決手段】アルコキシシランと、石油ナフサと、高級脂肪酸アミドと、溶剤と、を含有し、前記アルコキシシランが下記式（１）で表される、表面含浸材。Ｒ１ｎＳｉ（ＯＲ２）４−ｎ（１）（式中、Ｒ１は炭素数５〜１２のアルキル基又は炭素数１〜４のアルキル基で置換されていてもよいフェニル基を示し、ｎは１又は２を示す。ｎが２のとき、Ｒ１は互いに同一であっても異なっていてもよい。Ｒ２は炭素数１〜４のアルキル基を示し、複数存在するＲ２は互いに同一であっても異なっていてもよい。）【選択図】図１
