LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE PANEL INSTALLING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique contributing to load reduction of welding work.SOLUTION: A bolt plate 12 is fastened to a lower part of an upper layer lightweight cellular concrete panel 1, and a reed-shaped plate 14 is fastened to an upper part of a lower layer lightweight cellular concrete panel 1. The reed-shaped plate 14 fastened to the lower layer lightweight cellular concrete panel 1 is contacted to an L-shaped ruler angle 4 and temporarily fixed. A self weight receiving plate 16 is welded and fixed to the L-shaped ruler angle 4 so that the reed-shaped plate 14 is sandwiched between the self weight receiving plate 16 and the L-shaped ruler angle 4. A short-side header surface at lower part of the upper layer lightweight cellular concrete panel 1 is contacted to the self weight receiving plate 16. The L-shaped ruler angle 4 is sandwiched between the upper layer lightweight cellular concrete panel 1 and the bolt plate 12. Finally a screw 18 is fixedly passed through from the bolt plate 12 to the reed-shaped plate 14.
【課題】溶接作業の負荷低減に資する技術を提供すること。【解決手段】上層の軽量気泡コンクリートパネル1の下部にイナズマプレート12を締結し、下層の軽量気泡コンクリートパネル1の上部に短冊プレート14を締結する。そして、下層の軽量気泡コンクリートパネル1に締結された短冊プレート14をL字型定規アングル4に当接させて仮固定し、当該短冊プレート14をL字型定規アングル4との間で挟み込むように自重受けプレート16をL字型定規アングル4に溶接固定する。次に、上層の軽量気泡コンクリートパネル1の下方の短辺小口面を自重受けプレート16に当接させ、当該上層の軽量気泡コンクリートパネル1とイナズマプレート12とでL字型定規アングル4を挟み込む。最後に、イナズマプレート12側から短冊プレート14までビス18を貫通固定させる。【選択図】図2
