PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form support tool and a form support structure, quickly and easily installable according to a place for installing a form.SOLUTION: A form support tool of the present invention 1 is provided for supporting a form 10 provided with at least an upper flange part 12 and a lower flange part 13 on a sheathing board 11, in a state of being arranged in an installation place G. The form support tool 1 comprises: a first support member 2 provided to be expandable in a lengthwise direction, provided with an upper side holding part 21 having upper-lower pieces 211 for holding the upper flange part 12 from above and below on one end side, and provided with a first fixing part 22 fixed to the installation place G on the other end side; and a second support member 3 provided to be expandable in the lengthwise direction, provided with a lower side holding part 31 having upper-lower pieces 311 for holding the lower flange part 13 from above and below on one end side, and provided with a second fixing part 32 fixed to the first support member 2 on the other end side.
