PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof structure of a building capable of forming a moisture-proof construction superior in workability in a building which is provided with a heat insulation material outside the structural skeleton of the building.SOLUTION: The moisture-proof structure includes: an exterior wall panel 1 provided to the outdoor side of a structural skeleton of a building; a heat insulation material 1a which is embedded in the exterior wall panel 1; a first moisture-proof sheet 1b provided to a plane at the indoor side of the heat insulation material 1a; and a flexible heat insulation material 6A having a second moisture-proof sheet 61 which is provided at the indoor side in a portion where a longitudinal joint is formed between right and left neighboring exterior wall panels 1, 1 to form a moisture-proof plane continuously with the first moisture-proof sheet 1b.
【課題】建物の構造躯体の外側に断熱材が設けられる建物において作業性に優れた防湿施工を行うことができる建物の防湿構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の構造躯体の屋外側に設けられる外壁パネル１と、上記外壁パネル１内に埋め込まれる断熱材１ａと、上記断熱材１ａの屋内側の面に設けられた第１防湿シート１ｂと、左右に隣り合う外壁パネル１，１の縦目地が存在する箇所の屋内側に設けられており、上記第１防湿シート１ｂに連続する防湿面を形成する第２防湿シート６１を有する柔軟性断熱材６Ａと、を備える。【選択図】図１
