PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diamond bonding tools which can reduce the amount of diamond abrasive particles and, therefore, is extremely economical.SOLUTION: Diamond bonding tools have such a configuration that non-peelable metal-coat diamond prepared by non-peelably coating diamond surfaces with metal is bonded to a metal part of the tools. In the concrete, the diamond bonding tools are scriber point (wafer cutting cutter) 10, a brazing type pivot, a brazing type pivot bearing, a measurement terminal, a forming dresser, a large-scale measurement terminal, a diamond sliding surface, a shaft core measuring device, a soldering iron, thermal relations (for example, a heat-sensitive sensor for measuring temperature), acoustic relations (acoustic sensitive lever, record reproducing needle), electric relations (heat sink for power IC, a circuit), a window, a gimlet, drill relations and the like. The scriber point 10 is made by connecting metal coat 11b of the non-peelable metal-coat diamond 11 to flat edge parts of a rod-like metallic base stand 12. Bonding surfaces of the edge parts get to a brazing surface 13.
【課題】ダイヤモンド砥粒を減量化し極めて経済的なダイヤモンド接合工具類を提供する。【解決手段】ダイヤモンド接合工具類を、金属を非剥離的にダイヤモンド表面に被覆した非剥離性金属被覆ダイヤモンドを、工具類の金属部分に接合した構成とする。上記ダイヤモンド接合工具類は、具体的には、スクライバーポイント（ウエハー切断カッター）１０、鑞接型ピボット、鑞接型ピボット軸受け、測定端子、フォーミングドレッサー、大型測定端子、ダイヤモンド摺動面、軸芯測定装置、半田ごて、熱関係（例えば温度測定用の感温センサ）、音響関係（音響用感知レバー、レコード再生針）、電気関係（パワーＩＣ用ヒートシンク、回路）、窓、キリ、ドリル関係などである。該スクライバーポイント１０は、非剥離性金属被覆ダイヤモンド１１の金属被覆１１ｂを棒状の金属製台座１２の平坦な端部に結合してなる。それらの接合面が鑞接面１３となる。【選択図】図５
