GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE WHOSE DRILLING BLADE SURFACE HAS CAST DRILLING BLADE COVERING WEAR-RESISTANT MEMBER DETACHABLY ATTACHED
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering member formed of an easily attachable/detachable wear-resistant member, as a countermeasure for wear of a drilling blade in a ground improvement device for forming a crushed stone pile.SOLUTION: A cast drilling blade covering wear-resistant member 30 is an integrated body formed by melting wear-resistant raw material and casting in a casting mold. Upon attachment to a drilling blade, a groove 31A of the cast drilling blade covering wear-resistant member 30 is fitted and attached to a cylindrical protrusion part of the drilling blade. Then, a bolt is inserted into a penetrated bolt insertion hole in the drilling blade, is fastened to a screw hole 32A provided in the drilling blade covering wear-resistant member 30, and thereby the drilling blade covering wear-resistant member 30 is surely and easily attached to the drilling blade. The drilling blade covering wear-resistant member 30 is attached to a pair of drilling blades before use.
【課題】砕石杭形成の地盤改良装置での掘削翼の摩耗対策として、装着・脱着が容易な耐摩耗性部材で形成する被覆部材を提供する。【解決手段】鋳物製の掘削翼被覆耐摩耗部材30は、耐摩耗原料素材を溶解させ、鋳型に注型して作成される一体物である。掘削翼への装着に当たっては、鋳物製の掘削翼被覆耐摩耗部材30の溝31Aを、掘削翼の円柱状突出部に嵌合させて装着する。次いで、ボルトが掘削翼の穴貫通ボルト挿入穴に挿入され、掘削翼被覆耐摩耗部材設30に設けられたネジ穴32Aに締め込まれ、掘削翼被覆耐摩耗部材30は確実、且つ容易に掘削翼に装着される。掘削翼被覆耐摩耗部材設30は、1対の掘削翼に装着して使用される。【選択図】図4
