PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite crucible capable of constructing easily and inexpensively a furnace in which low melting point metal such as gasified zinc passes in blow holes of the crucible and does not apply any damage.SOLUTION: A graphite crucible 1 of this invention is a graphite crucible installed in a furnace in which a low melting point metallic vapor shielding sheet 3 is buried in a cylindrical main body 2 having a bottom part in a direction where it is crossed at a right angle with a thickness direction. Since the low melting point metal such as gasified zinc is shielded by the low melting point metallic vapor shielding sheet 3, the outer furnace is not damaged and it is not necessary to construct the shielding seal structure within the furnace between the crucible and the inner wall of the furnace and it is possible to construct the furnace including the low melting point metallic vapor shielding structure easily and inexpensively only by arranging the graphite crucible in the furnace.
【課題】気化した亜鉛等低融点金属が坩堝の気孔内を通過して損傷を与えることのない炉を容易かつ低廉に構築できる黒鉛坩堝を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の黒鉛坩堝1は、炉内に配される黒鉛坩堝であって、有底筒状本体部2内に低融点金属蒸気遮断シート3が肉厚方向に直交する方向に沿って埋設されている。気化した亜鉛等低融点金属は低融点金属蒸気遮断シート3により遮断されるため外方の炉を損傷することがなく、坩堝と炉内壁との間に炉内に遮断シール構造を構築する必要もなく、炉内に黒鉛坩堝を配するのみで容易かつ低廉に低融点金属蒸気遮断構造を備えた炉を構築できる。【選択図】図1
