PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable insertion port protection cover capable of preventing cables, such as grounding cables, which are inserted into an opening (a cable insertion port) located at a middle position of an electric pole, from being exposed to an exterior part.SOLUTION: A cable insertion port protection cover 1 of the invention includes: a body part 2 which covers an opening 101 formed on a peripheral wall of a columnar body 100 and into which cables E1, E2 are inserted; cover parts 3 which cover end parts of protection pipes P covering the cables E1, E2 inserted into the opening 101 and disposed along an outer periphery of the peripheral wall, the cover parts 3 being formed so as to continue into the body part 2; and engagement bodies 40, 41 which protrude from an inner surface of the body part 2 and may engage with a peripheral edge part of the opening 101 of the columnar body 100.
【課題】電柱の途中位置にある開口（ケーブル挿通口）に挿通された接地線などのケーブルが外部に露出するのを防止できるようにしたケーブル挿通口保護カバーを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明のケーブル挿通口保護カバー１は、柱状体１００の周壁に形成された開口１０１であって、ケーブルＥ１，Ｅ２の挿通された開口１０１を覆う本体部２と、該開口１０１に挿通されて周壁の外周に沿って配置されているケーブルＥ１，Ｅ２を覆う保護管Ｐの端部を被覆する被覆部３であって、本体部２に連続して形成された被覆部３と、本体部２の内面から突出し、柱状体１００の開口１０１の周縁部に対して係止可能な係止体４０，４１とを備える。【選択図】図２
