CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF CONCAVO-CONVEX ROOF MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a concavo-convex roof material capable of satisfactorily connecting concavo-convex roof materials in a flow direction while improving the transportability of the concavo-convex roof materials.SOLUTION: The connection structure of concavo-convex roof materials 3, in which a concave part 42(52) and a convex part 43(53) are repeatedly formed in an eaves direction, includes: a first concavo-convex roof material 4; a second concavo-convex roof material 5 which is disposed facing to the end part of the first concavo-convex roof material 4 at the upstream side; and a connection cope plate 6. The connection cope plate 6 is disposed below a joint part 13 of the first concavo-convex roof material 4 and the second concavo-convex roof material 5. The connection cope plate 6 is repeatedly formed with concave grooves 68 and convex ridges 69 in the eaves direction. The concave grooves 68 connect concave grooves 42 of the first concavo-convex roof material 4 and concave grooves 52 of the second concavo-convex roof material 5. The convex ridges 69 connect convex ridges 43 of the first concavo-convex roof material 4 and convex ridges 53 of the second concavo-convex roof material 5.
【課題】凹凸屋根材を流れ方向に仕上がりよく接続でき、凹凸屋根材の運搬性を向上させることができる凹凸屋根材の接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、凹部42(52)と凸部43(53)とが軒方向に繰り返し形成された凹凸屋根材3の接続構造である。この接続構造は、第1の凹凸屋根材4と、この第1の凹凸屋根材4の水上側の端部に対向配置された第2の凹凸屋根材5と、接続用捨板6とを備える。接続用捨板6は、第1の凹凸屋根材4と第2の凹凸屋根材5との接合部13の下方に配置される。接続用捨板6は、凹条68と凸条69とが軒方向に繰り返し形成される。凹条68は、第1の凹凸屋根材4の凹部42と第2の凹凸屋根材5の凹部52とを接続する。凸条69は、第1の凹凸屋根材4の凸部43と第2の凹凸屋根材5の凸部53とを接続する。【選択図】図2
