INSTALLATION HARDWARE AND INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF GREENING BASE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide installation hardware for a folded-plate roof and an installation structure of a greening base material to the folded-plate roof, having a reduced number of components, being high in workability, and capable of firmly and stably installing the greening base material.SOLUTION: Installation hardware 1 is installation hardware for installing a greening base material 30 on a folded-plate roof 20 in a state of fixing a backing member 10 to a crest part, and comprises at least a lower side plane for contacting with a surface of the backing member, an upper side plane parallel to the lower side plane and a vertical surface for connecting the lower side plane and the upper side plane, and these lower side plane, upper side plane and vertical surface are integrally formed by bending one flat plate. The number of components is reduced as compared with conventional installation hardware due to being formed by bending-processing the one flat plate, and workability can be enhanced due to being easily moldable. The greening base material is also firmly and stably installed only by fitting in the greening base material between the upper side plane and the lower side plane and between the upper side plane and the backing member.
【課題】構成部品の点数が少なく、施工性が高く、緑化基盤材を強固且つ安定的に取り付けることができる折板屋根用の取付金物及び折板屋根に対する緑化基盤材の取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】取付金物1は、山部に下地部材10が固定された状態の折板屋根20に緑化基盤材30を取り付けるための取付金物において、下地部材の表面に接触する下側平面と、下側平面と平行な上側平面と、下側平面と上側平面とを繋ぐ垂直面とを少なくとも備えており、これら下側平面、上側平面及び垂直面が、1枚の平板を屈曲させて一体的に形成されることを特徴とする。1枚の平板を屈曲加工して形成されるので、従来の取付金物と比較して、部品点数が少なく、容易に成形できるので施工性を高めることができる。また、緑化基盤材を上側平面と下側平面との間や上側平面と下地部材との間に嵌め込むだけで緑化基盤材を強固且つ安定的に取り付けられている。【選択図】図1
