BINDING DEVICE IN WEDGE BINDING TYPE SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device in a structurally simple wedge binding type scaffold.SOLUTION: A binding device in a wedge binding type scaffold is composed of a receiving metal fitting of a column and a locking metal fitting of a bracket material end part. The receiving metal fitting is a U shape when viewed from a plane. The locking metal fitting is composed of: a vertically long plate-like wedge composed of a U-shaped part, an upward dog-legged part and a downward dog-legged part downward from above; a wedge guide member provided with a backward projecting peripheral edge on a vertical wall, fixing its rear upper part to the bracket material front end, forming a downward step part for hooking on the receiving metal fitting in its lower part, forming a lower part than this as a receiving metal fitting penetration part, fitting in the wedge by leaving the U-shaped part above the backward projecting peripheral edge from a recessed part of the backward projecting peripheral edge upper end, contacting the bending front end of the upward dog-legged part of the wedge with the vertical wall, contacting an upper half of the downward dog-legged part with a central wall of the receiving metal fitting and formed so as to contact with a rear surface of the backward projecting peripheral edge by projecting a lower part of the downward dog-legged part under the receiving metal fitting; and a plate spring fixed to a front end lower part of a bracket material and coming into pressure contact with an upper half rear surface of the upward dog-legged part of the wedge.
【課題】 構造が簡単なくさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置は、支柱の受け金具と、腕木材端部の係止金具とよりなる。受け金具は、平面からみてコ形である。係止金具は、上から下にかけてつの字部、上くの字部および下くの字部からなる縦長板状のくさびと、垂直壁に後方突出状周縁が設けられその後ろ上部が腕木材前端に固着せられ、その下方において受け金具に引っ掛け用下向き段部が形成せられ、これより下部分が受け金具貫通部となされ、後方突出状周縁上端の凹部よりつの字部を後方突出状周縁の上方に残してくさびが嵌め入れられ、くさびの上くの字部の屈曲前端が垂直壁に接するとともに下くの字部の上半が受け金具の中央壁に接し、下くの字部の下部が受け金具の下方に突出して後方突出状周縁の後面に接するようになされたくさび案内部材と、腕木材の前端下部に固定せられてくさびの上くの字部の上半後面に圧接する板ばねとよりなる。【選択図】 図４
