CAVITY SEALING STRUCTURE AND CAVITY SEALING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cavity sealing structure and a method for indicating a sealing film excellent in peeling resistance.SOLUTION: In a cavity sealing structure, a sealing film 10 made of polyurea resin or polyurethaneurea resin is formed by covering so that a first member 1 is adhered to an outer edge part of a film and a second member 2 is adhered to an opening inner edge part of the film, for sealing a cavity between these by straddling a first member 1 and a second member 2 penetrating through this, and a hardly deflecting sealing reinforcement member 11 is fixed to the first member 1 and the second member 2 in a state of extending a part to the cavity S, and is thereby formed so that a partial part for covering a member for fixing the sealing reinforcement member 11 of the sealing film 10 covers the sealing reinforcement member 11.
【課題】耐剥離性が良好な封止膜を示す空隙封止構造及び方法とする。【解決手段】第1の部材1とこれを貫く第2の部材2とに跨がって、それらの間の空隙を封止するように、第1の部材1が膜の外縁部に対して第2の部材2が膜の開口内縁部に対して接着するように覆って、ポリウレア樹脂又はポリウレタンウレア樹脂による封止膜10を形成し、第1の部材1や第2の部材2に難撓み性の封止補強部材11を、一部が空隙Sに延出した状態で固定することで、封止膜10の封止補強部材11が固定された部材を覆う部分の一部が封止補強部材11を覆うように形成して空隙封止構造とする。【選択図】図2
