FOAMED HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL WITH NON-MOISTURE-PERMEABLE FILM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed heat insulation material with a non-moisture-permeable film to which moisture permeating function may be added, in addition to allowing the non-moisture-permeable film bonded firmly on a molded foam body, at the same time enhancing production efficiency and preventing decline in yield due to a deformation after molding.SOLUTION: A foamed heat insulation material with non-moisture-permeating film is made by bonding a non-moisture-permeating film 2 on a high-temperature foamed resin body 1 extruded from an extrusion molding machine, and unifying these components by cooling. A material containing powdery cellulose is used as a material for the foamed resin body 1, and a perforated sheet of an opening ratio of 350 to 1 million/mand having ventilation holes of diameters between 0.02 and 10 mm for the non-moisture-permeating film 2.
【課題】透湿機能等を付与できるだけでなく、非透湿フィルムを発泡成形体に密着させてしっかりと貼り付けることができ、しかも、製造効率の向上が図れると共に、成形後に歪な変形が生じて歩留りが低下することもない非透湿フィルム付き発泡断熱材を提供する。【解決手段】押出成形機から押し出された高温状態の発泡樹脂体1の表面に、非透湿フィルム2を貼り付け、これらを冷却一体化して製造される非透湿フィルム付き発泡断熱材において、発泡樹脂体1の材料に、セルロース系粉体を含む材料を使用すると共に、非透湿フィルム2に、孔径0.02〜10mmの通気孔を有する開口率350〜100万個/m2の孔開きシートを使用した。【選択図】図1
