CLAY MOLDING FIRED/FUMIGATED PRODUCT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and produce 'kyo-gawara(kyo tile)' provided with a variety of patterns excellent in designability and a production method capable of creating diversity of design and new possibilities of 'kyo-gawara'.SOLUTION: A production method of a clay molding fired/fumigated product comprises forming a silk screen plate including a region for an ink to pass through and a region for an ink not to pass through, based on a draft or a pattern, conducting silk screen printing by using the silk screen plate by means of an ink consisting of a clay water-dissolved on the surface of a clay molding formed by kneading and molding raw material clay and drying the resultant body and reducing the dried clay molding with strong reduction power in a step of firing and fumigating the clay molding under specified conditions so as to form carbon films different in texture and glossiness between a part applied with the ink on the surface of the clay molding and a part not applied with the ink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、意匠性に優れた様々な模様を施した京瓦の開発・製造を可能にすること、そしてデザインの多様性、京瓦の新たな可能性を創造することのできる製法を提供する。【解決手段】図案や文様に基づいてインクが通過する領域とインクが通過しない領域のあるシルクスクリーン版を製作する。一方、原料粘土を混練、成形した粘土成形物の表面に水溶した粘土をインクとして、前記シルクスクリーン版を使用してシルクスクリーン印刷を行って乾燥させる。乾燥させた前記粘土成形物を所定条件で焼成・燻化する工程において強還元力により還元して、粘土成形物表面のインクの塗布された箇所と塗布されなかった箇所とで、質感や光沢の異なる炭素被膜を形成する。【選択図】図1
