PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of a back plate part while securing sound insulation performance of an acoustical panel.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an acoustical panel 1 comprises the steps of: manufacturing a first back plate part 23 with sound insulation performance and a first box-shaped body 2 having a first peripheral wall part extending on the front side of the back plate part 23, by an aluminum material; manufacturing a second back plate part 33 with sound insulation performance and a second box-shaped body 3 having a second peripheral wall part extending on the front side of the back plate part 33, by the aluminum material; connecting the second peripheral wall part of the second box-shaped body 3 with the first box-shaped body 2 so that the second back plate part 33 can be separated from the first back plate part 23 on the rear side of the back plate part 23, so as to form a body part 10; storing an acoustical material 6 in the first box-shaped body 2; and attaching a front plate 4 to the forward edge of the first peripheral wall part in the first box-shaped body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
