TENSION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND TENSION MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR PC STEEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension management system and a tension management method for PC steel that enhance work efficiency.SOLUTION: A tension management system 10 for PC steel actuates a hydraulic jack by supplying oil to the hydraulic jack with a pump, and applies tensile force to PC steel in an axial direction. The tension management system includes: an information-after-suspension input part 11 for inputting information indicating pressure after suspension of oil supply, when the pressure reaches a predetermined pressure value during supply; a pressure difference calculating part 12 that calculates a pressure difference between the predetermined pressure and the pressure after suspension; a correction amount determining part 13 that determines a correction amount for calculating the tensile force exerted on the PC steel based on the pressure difference; an information-during-supply input part 14 for inputting information indicating pressure during supply; a tensile force calculating part 15 that calculates the tensile force exerted on the PC steel based on the pressure during supply, using the correction amount; and an output part 16 that outputs information indicating the tensile force calculated by the tensile force calculating part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
