PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projected corner member of hardly impairing design of an appearance, by substantially dispensing with chamfering work.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a projected corner member 1 formed in a cross-sectional substantially L shape by connecting a pair of rectangular substrates 2. An uneven pattern 15 is formed on a surface of the substrate 2. A side end surface of the substrate 2 is formed as an inclined plane 6. The pair of substrates 2 are connected by joining the mutual inclined planes 6. In the substantially total length of a connection part 10 of the pair of substrates 2, a distance between a contact point 25 of a tangent 81 in a ridgeline 71 of one substrate 21 of the pair of substrates 2 and an intersection 27 between a vertical line 26 of passing through the contact point 25 and a ridgeline 72 of the other substrate 22 of the pair of substrates 2, is 5 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】面取り作業をほぼ不要にし、外観の意匠性が損なわれにくい出隅部材を提供する。【解決手段】一対の矩形状の基板2が接続されて断面略L字状に形成される出隅部材1に関する。前記基板2の表面には凹凸柄15が形成される。前記基板2の側端面は傾斜面6に形成される。前記一対の基板2は前記傾斜面6同士が接合されて接続される。前記一対の基板2の接続部分10の略全長において、前記一対の基板2の一方の基板21の稜線71における接線81の接点25と、前記接点25を通る垂直線26と前記一対の基板2の他方の基板22の稜線72との交点27との距離が5mm以下である。【選択図】図3
