SILICONE COATING METHOD AND SILICONE COATING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone coating method and a silicone coating device in which a silicone resin mixture formed by mixing a silicone composition and a hardening agent homogeneously is prepared, sprayed by compressed air containing moisture, and subjected to a hardening reaction, and silicone coating is performed on the surface of a discharge-target object.MEANS: A silicone composition and a hardening agent are mixed in a dehumidified mixing tank 11 to form a silicone resin mixture. The silicone resin mixture is supplied to a spray gun 12 by a pressure medium. The silicone resin mixture supplied to the spray gun is discharged from the spray gun by compressed air containing moisture separately, and the discharged silicone resin mixture is caused to react with the moisture contained in the compressed air so that the silicone resin mixture discharged on the surface of a discharge-target object is hardened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シリコーン組成物と硬化剤を均質に混ぜ合わせたシリコーン樹脂混合液を用意し、これを水分を含んだ圧縮空気によってスプレーするとともに硬化反応させて、被吐出物表面にシリコーンコーティングする方法、及びシリコーンコーティング装置を提供する。【手段】除湿した混合タンク１１中で、シリコーン組成物と硬化剤とを撹拌してシリコーン樹脂混合液とし、該シリコーン樹脂混合液を圧力媒体によってスプレーガン１２に供給し、別途水分を含んだ圧縮空気によって、スプレーガンに供給されたシリコーン樹脂混合液をスプレーガンから吐出させるとともに、吐出されるシリコーン樹脂混合液を圧縮空気中に含まれた水分と反応させることにより、被吐出物の表面に吐出されたシリコーン樹脂混合液を硬化させる。【選択図】図１
