PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a member with high designability to be firmly attached with high workability even to wall surfaces with small and large areas, without depending on a position of a stud on the backside of a wall surface.SOLUTION: A base member 10 for attachment to a wall surface comprises a plurality of attachment holes 11 that are regularly arranged on a rectangular metal thin plate and through which a screw for being screwed into the wall surface is passed, and an annular swelling part 12 that is provided around the attachment hole on the wall surface side of the thin plate. A base panel for attachment to the wall surface comprises the plurality of base members 10 for attachment to the wall surface.
