PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve inconveniences at a construction site caused by a conventional method for laying iron plates, in which a plurality of cut plates are welded to each other for connection and fixing and also to a frame structure located below for connection and fixing.SOLUTION: A screw hole 16 is formed close to an edge part of a cut plate 12. The cut plates 12 are fixed to each other by overlapping a connecting plate over edge parts of both plates and fastening with a bolt 20. On an edge side, a metal fitting 21 is fitted on the cut plate 12 and a beam 7, and fastened with the bolt 20, the metal fitting having an L-shaped cut plate side fitting member 22 having a bolt insertion hole, a roughly U-shaped beam side fitting member 26, and connecting means that connects the fitting members using a hook 32. 【課題】従来は、鉄板を敷く場合には、複数枚の切板を用意し、これらを溶接により互いに連結固定すると共に、下部の骨組み構造体とも溶接により連結固定していた。そのため、現場での作業が面倒となっていた。【解決手段】切板１２の縁部寄りにねじ孔１６を設ける。切板１２どうしは、その両方の縁部に跨るように連結プレートを重ね、ボルト２０で締結して固定する。また、縁側では、ボルト挿通穴を設けた、Ｌ字状の切板側取付け部材２２と、略コの字状に形成した梁側取付け部材２６と、部材どうしをフック３２を利用して連結する連結手段を備えた金具２１を利用し、切板１２と梁７に取付け、ボルト２０で締めて固定する。溶接によらない組付け式となっている。【選択図】 図５
