PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose clamp device capable of reducing the number of components, facilitating attachment/detachment of a hose, and capable of restraining coming off of the hose.SOLUTION: After a hose 6 is fitted in a fitting groove 71, a bolt B is fastened in such a manner of being screwed with a hose fixing part 33 of an upper frame 32. In accordance with the fastening action, an intermediate part S4 of a recessed attachment surface 77 approaches the hose fixing part 33, and a gap between the intermediate part S4 of the attachment surface 77 and the hose fixing part 33 is gradually reduced. Simultaneously, an abutment part S1 of the attachment surface 77 is elastically deformed so as to be extended to a width direction outer side. The attachment surface 77 is elastically deformed to be extended to the width direction outer side, and thereby, both side parts 74 are elastically deformed so that a lower part thereof is extended to the outer side and an upper part thereof is relatively tilted to the inner side, and a non-slip part 75a of an opening edge 75 of both the side parts 74 is displaced to a width direction inner side, and is abutted to the hose 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】本発明の目的とするところは、部品点数が少なく、且つホースの脱着が容易で抜け難いホースクランプ装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】ホース6を嵌合溝71に嵌入した後、ボルトBを、アッパーフレーム32のホース固定部33に螺合させるように締め付けていく。この締め付け動作に伴って、凹状取付面77の中間部S4がホース固定部33に近付き、取付面77の中間部S4とホース固定部33との隙間が徐々に小さくなっていく。それとともに、取付面77の当接部S1が幅方向外側に広がるように弾性変形する。取付面77が幅方向外側に広がるように弾性変形することで、両側部74はその下部が外側に広がり、相対的に上部が内側に倒れるように弾性変形して、両側部74の開口縁75の抜け止め部75aが幅方向内側に変位してホース6に当接する。【選択図】図4
