LIQUID ANTIFREEZING AGENT FEEDING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid antifreezing agent feeding device that may be manufactured readily at a low cost, eliminates a need for embedding into a road surface, offers significant towing and dispersion effects by spraying a small amount of a liquid antifreezing agent, and may be installed only during winter if chosen to do so.SOLUTION: A liquid antifreezing agent feeding device includes: a storage part 1 for storing a liquid antifreezing agent; a sensor part for detecting various indicators on outside conditions; a control part 3 that controls a feeding time and a fed amount in response to a detection result by the sensor part; an injection nozzle 4 disposed on a road side for feeding the liquid antifreezing agent onto a road surface; a liquid feeding part 2 that feeds the liquid antifreezing agent to the injection nozzle 4 from the storage part 1; and a power source for driving the liquid feeding part 2, the sensor part, and the control part 3. The liquid feeding part 2 includes a pump that is intermittent pumping means, and an injection motor-operated valve that opens/closes pipeline, and the injection nozzle 4 includes a universal joint for adjusting a direction of injection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】安価で簡単に製作でき、路面への埋設工事が不要で、少ない液状凍結防止剤の散布で大きな引きずり及び拡散効果が得られ、冬季のみの設置も可能な液状凍結防止剤供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】液状凍結防止剤を貯留する貯留部1と、各種外部状況を検出するセンサー部と、センサー部の検出結果に応じて供給時、及び供給量を制御する制御部3と、路側に設置し液状凍結防止剤を路面に供給する噴射ノズル部4と、液状凍結防止剤を貯留部1から噴射ノズル部4まで供給する液供給部2と、液供給部2、センサー部、制御部3を駆動する電源部とを備えた液状凍結防止剤供給装置であって、液供給部2は間欠圧送手段であるポンプ、管路を開閉する噴射電動弁を備え、噴射ノズル部4は噴射方向を調節できる自在継ぎ手を備える。【選択図】図1
