CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN EXISTING PILE AND STRUCTURE ON GROUND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify anchoring work with a structural reinforcement of a footing when embedding a pile head of an existing pile in the footing, in a way appropriate also with a steel beam of the footing.SOLUTION: An existing pile 1 comprises a base part 2 and a pile head 5, and the pile head 5 includes a regular hexagonal pile head body 6 and a form adjusting part 19 of which an external form changes to the base part 2, along with linear sides 10A, 10A that are parallel to each other in conformity with the regular hexagonal shape of the pile head body 6. The existing pile 1 is connected to a topmost part of another existing pile 2, and then buried in an excavated pile hole 21. By aligning a preset direction of the linear sides 10A, 10A with a structural reinforcement 31 of a footing of a structure above ground when burying the connected pile, the connected pile may be anchored to the structural reinforcement 31 readily, without bending a connecting reinforcement 27 fixed vertically to the pile head body 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】既製杭の杭頭部をフーチング内に埋設するに際して、フーチングの構造鉄筋との定着作業を簡略化させ、かつフーチングの鉄骨梁にも対応させる。【解決手段】既製杭1は基部2と杭頭部5から構成し、杭頭部5は、正六角形の杭頭部本体6と、外形が基部2に変化する形状調整部19を具え、杭頭部本体6の正六角形により平行な直線状辺10A、10Aなどを有する。掘削した杭穴21内に他の既製杭2の最上に既製杭1を連結した状態で埋設する。この際、予め設定した直線状辺10A、10Aの方向を、地上構造物のフーチングの構造鉄筋31に合わせれば、杭頭部本体6に縦に固定する連結用鉄筋27を曲げることなく容易に、構造鉄筋31に定着できる。【選択図】図15
