ENVIRONMENTALLY-CONSIDERATE PILE HEAD PROCESSING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pile head processing method to be performed in a safe work environment, the processing method being capable of enhancing work precision and reduce labor, at the same time reducing noise, vibration, dust, and exhaust gas discharge generated during the pile head processing work.SOLUTION: A pile head processing method enables reduction of noise, vibration, dust, and exhaust gas, mitigates environmental contamination from work, and reduces labor for workers, and is performed by using mainly electrically- and hydraulically-driven machines, in the following steps for: attaching an edge isolating member 15 for protection and curing and a marking member 20 that serve as marks in excavation work, and constructing a cast-in-place pile, the edge isolating member and the marking member being useful in work that follows for quickly and easily exposing excess concrete 34, without damaging a main reinforcement 5 of the cast-in-place pile; performing a survey so as to enable forming of a cut groove 47 and an appropriate number of drilled hole spaces 56 along entire circumference of the pile, without interfering with the main reinforcement 5; installing a crushed material and a crushing tool 54 in the hole; forming a fracture surface 69 along the cut groove 47; and removing the excess concrete 34 in a lump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
