BUILDING JOINT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building joint structure capable of connecting a floor panel and a wall panel constituting a building structure of a building unit or the like without any gap, and capable of preventing the floor panel of the building structure being displaced with respect to a lower part of the structure as well as improving pull-out resistance strength of the entire building with respect to the lower part structure.SOLUTION: A unit building has an anchor bolt 11 which protrudes upward from a foundation 10; and a coupling tool 60 which extends from a floor panel 40 exceeding the floor panel 40 and is connected to a wall panel 50. A lower washer 61 provided to the coupling tool 60 is disposed beneath the lower end of the floor panel 40. The anchor bolt 11 is placed on the foundation 10 protrudes from the foundation 10 penetrates the lower washer 61 on the coupling tool 60 and the lower end of the floor panel 40, which is fastened at the lower end of the lower washer 61 and the floor panel 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建物ユニット等の建物構造体を構成する床パネルと壁パネルを隙間なく連結するとともに、建物構造体の床パネルが下部構造体に対して変位することを防止し、更に下部構造体に対する建物全体の引抜き耐力を向上すること。【解決手段】 ユニット建物において、基礎10から上方に突出するアンカーボルト11を有し、床パネル40の側から延在して該床パネル40の上方にまで延在する連結具60を壁パネル50に連結してなり、連結具60が備える下座金61を床パネル40の下端部の下に添設するともに、基礎10の上に載置し、基礎10から突出するアンカーボルト11が連結具60の上記下座金61及び床パネル40の下端部を貫通し、該下座金61及び床パネル40の下端部に締結されてなるもの。【選択図】 図1
