METHOD FOR PRODUCING HYBRID WOODY CORE LAMINATE LUMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hybrid core laminate lumber where water resistance, dimensional stability, flexural strength, elastic modulus and the like are improved.SOLUTION: A method for producing hybrid woody core laminate lumber comprises the steps of: producing a laminated board having predetermined length and width via the bonding of a length so as to become a predetermined length by being bonded with an adhesive in a length direction of a dried lamina or the bonding of a side surface so as to become a predetermined width by being bonded in a width direction after making the lamina by lumbering raw wood to have predetermined length and width and drying the made lamina so as to have a predetermined moisture content; preparing a core layer including one plywood made by bonding a laminate laminated by an odd number of 3 or more so as to cross the fiber directions of a plurality of veneers with the adhesive; and bonding the laminated boards made at the upper and lower sides of the core layer as a face layer and a back layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2a
【課題】耐水性、寸法安定性、曲げ強度及び弾性率などが向上されたハイブリッドコア集成材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ハイブリッド木質コア集成材の製造方法は、原木を所定の幅と厚さで製材してラミナを製造し、製造されたラミナを所定の含水率を有するように乾燥した後、乾燥されたラミナの長さ方向に接着剤で接合させて所定の長さになるようにする長さの接合又は幅方向に接合させて所定の幅になるようにする側面の接合を介して一定の長さと幅を持つ集成板を製造する段階と、複数のベニヤ単板を繊維方向が交差するように3枚以上の奇数を積層して接着剤で接合してなる1つの合板を含むコア層を準備する段階と、コア層の上下側に製造された集成板を表層と裏層として接着剤で接合する段階を含む。【選択図】図2a
