REPAIR DEVICE AND REPAIR METHOD FOR REVETMENT WALL SURFACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair device and a repair method for a revetment wall surface, capable of: promptly repairing a damaged portion formed horizontally on the revetment wall surface to be repaired; curtailing repair work period because the device is not fixed on a sea bottom or river bed; and significantly reducing the repair costs for revetment.SOLUTION: A heavyweight truck 2 capable of traveling on a ground G along a revetment bank B has an arm 5 installed horizontally to protrude over a sea surface beyond the revetment bank B. On a tip side of the arm 5 is hung a work platform 9 facing a wall surface W to be repaired, the work platform having a roughly U-shaped breakwater plate 11 that surrounds a worker. At an intermediate part of the arm 5, an arm stabilization mechanism 13 and an arm supporting truck 19 are installed, the arm stabilization mechanism comprising a load bearing roller 16 that comes in contact with the revetment bank B and a load conveying body 17, and the arm supporting truck being capable of traveling on the revetment bank B. A load bearing wheel 12 is pivotally attached on an undersurface of the work platform 9 for enhancing stability, the load bearing wheel being capable of traveling on the wall surface W to be repaired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】護岸の補修壁面に横方向に形成される損壊箇所の補修に速やかに対応することが出来るし、海底や河床に固定的に設置しないので補修工事の工期を短くすることができ、護岸の補修に要するコストも大幅に節減することができる護岸壁面補修装置及び護岸壁面補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】護岸堤Bに沿って陸上Gを移動可能な重量台車2には、護岸堤Bを越えて海面上に突出するアーム5が横向きに設けてある。アーム5の先端側には補修壁面Wに対面する作業台9が吊下してあり、作業者を略凵字状に囲う防波板11が設けてある。アーム5の中間には護岸堤Bに当接する荷重支持ローラー16及び荷重伝達体17から構成したアーム安定機構13と、護岸堤Bの上面を移動可能なアーム支持台車19が設けてある。作業台9の下端側には補修壁面Wに対して転動可能な荷重支承輪12を軸着して安定性を図ってある。【選択図】図3
