CROSSING CONNECTOR FOR REINFORCING BARS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossing connector for reinforcing bars that eliminates a need on reinforcing bar pedestal during reinforcing bar assembly and enables secure connection of a supporting vertical reinforcing bar and a horizontal reinforcing bar, at the same time being easy to attach and preventing fall-off of components.SOLUTION: A fixing leg part 1a of one of two U-bolts is fixed with a connecting plate 2 so as to mutually prevent shifting and rotation. On the other connecting plate 2A, a through-hole 2a and an open long hole 2b are formed, the open hole 2a being for inserting an axis leg part 1ba, which is one of other bending leg parts 1b of each of the U-bolts, and the open long hole 2b being for accommodating a moving leg part 1bb on the other side. By rotating the connecting plate 2A around the axis leg part 1ba while loosely attaching a tightening nut 3 in advance on an edge screw part 1c of the other leg part 1b, an open state and a closed state are realized, the open state having a reinforcing bar intersection SX embraced and the closed state having the moving leg part 1bb positioned at a terminal end of the open long hole 2b after embracing the reinforcing bar intersection SX. The open long hole 2b has a form that causes the moving leg part 1bb bent to a greatest extent on an open side, and to reduce the extent of bending as the moving leg part 1bb shifts deeper inside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋組立時の鉄筋受け台を不要とし、支持縦筋と横筋との強固な連結結合を可能としながら取付が簡易でかつ部品の脱落のない鉄筋交差連結具を提供する。【解決手段】二つのUボルト1の一方の固定脚部1aは一つの連結板2で相互に移動回転しないよう固定され、他方の連結板2AにはUボルトのそれぞれの他方の撓み脚部1bの一方である軸脚部1baを貫通させる貫通孔2aと、他方である移動脚部1bbを受け入れる開放長孔2bとを備え他方の脚部1bの端ネジ部1cに締付ナット3が予め緩め状態で装着された状態で、連結板2Aを軸脚部1baを中心として回転させることで、鉄筋交差部SXを抱き込める開状態と、鉄筋交差部SXを抱き込み後移動脚部1bbが開放長孔2bの終端に位置する閉状態とを達成し、開放長孔2bは、その開口側で移動脚部1bbを最も大きく撓ませ移動脚部1bbが奥に行くほどその撓みが小さくなる形状となっている。【選択図】図1
