SEPARATION DISTANCE MAINTAINING DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTABLE GONDOLA
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation distance maintaining device for transportable gondola capable of reducing work imposed on an operator to attach a gondola to a floating roof in an inner periphery of a pontoon while maintaining a separation distance of a gondola 7 from the inside of the side plate 3 in a horizontal direction when lowering the gondola 7.SOLUTION: A separation distance maintaining device has a pair of telescopic mechanisms 12a and 14a which are provided to a gondola 7 hanged on the inner face of a floating roof tank 1 using a hanging support device 8 and a hanging wire 9. The telescopic mechanisms 12a and 14a are provided with a guide roller 13, 15 respectively at the side which comes into contact with the inner face of the side plate 3. The telescopic mechanisms 12a and 14a are used to ensure the horizontal separation distance between the gondola 7 and the inner face of the side plate 3. The telescopic mechanisms 12a and 14a also include an operation unit 12b, 14b respectively for expanding and contracting the telescopic mechanisms 12a and 14a in the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 ゴンドラ7の降下時に、ゴンドラ7と側板3内面側との水平離隔距離を確保して、ポンツーン内周部の浮屋根上にゴンドラを載置させる際の作業員の労力を軽減する可搬式ゴンドラの離隔距離保持装置を提供する。【解決手段】 吊り支持装置8と吊りワイヤ9にて浮屋根式タンク1の側板3内面に吊り下げたゴンドラ7に設け、側板3内面と接触する側にガイドローラ13、15を装着し、ゴンドラ7と側板3内面側との水平離隔距離を確保する際に伸縮する伸縮機構12a、14aと、当該伸縮機構12a、14aを水平方向に伸縮するための操作部12b、14bとを備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図4
