METHOD FOR ESTIMATING VITRIFICATION RATE OF COAL ASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and further accurately estimating a vitrification rate of coal ash which is suitable for automation.SOLUTION: The method for estimating a vitrification rate of a coal ash sample includes the steps of: (A) obtaining a first estimation value of the vitrification rate of the coal ash sample using the PONKCS method; (B) calculating the total amount (x') of SiOand AlOcontained in the coal ash sample, and an ignition loss of the coal ash sample; and (C) obtaining a second estimation value by subtracting a correction amount (y'), corresponding to the total amount (x') obtained in the step (B), from the first estimation value obtained in the step (A), on the basis of y=ax+b (where a and b each represent a constant), which is a relational expression of the total amount (x) of SiO, AlOand an ignition loss, determined by using a plurality of types of coal ash, and a correction amount (y) represented as (z-z'), which is a difference between a vitrification rate (z) calculated using the PONKCS method and a vitrification rate (z') calculated using an internal standard method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡便でより高精度であり、かつ自動化に適する石炭灰のガラス化率を推定する方法を提供する。【解決手段】石炭灰の試料について、ガラス化率を推定する方法であって、(A)PONKCS法を用いて、上記石炭灰の試料のガラス化率の第一の推定値を得る工程と、(B)上記石炭灰の試料について、SiO2とAl2O3と強熱減量の合計量(x’)を求める工程と、(C)複数の種類の石炭灰を用いて定めた、SiO2とAl2O3と強熱減量の合計量(x)と、PONKCS法によって求めたガラス化率(z)と内部標準法によって求めたガラス化率(z’)の差(z−z’)として表される補正量(y)の関係式であるy=ax+b(式中、a及びbは、各々、定数である。)に基づいて、工程(A)で得た第一の推定値から、工程(B)で得た合計量(x’)に対応する補正量(y’)を減じて、第二の推定値を得る工程を含む石炭灰のガラス化率の推定方法。【選択図】図3
