PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building for an apartment house improved so that a column type and a beam type do not project indoors so much, by drastically looking at a structure of a base-isolated story again.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A base-isolated building 1 is a building for an apartment house including a base-isolated story of an RC structure supported on base-isolated devices 41 and 43. This building 1 comprises end wall columns 11a and 13a positioned in an end part of the building erected on a base-isolation just above underfloor beam 31 placed on the base-isolated devices and partition wall columns 15-1, 2 and 3 being a part of a door inner partition wall. Since the wall columns do not project indoors so much, a room is used from to the corer to the corner. Balcony side openness (a transparent feeling) is also improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】免震階の構造を抜本的に見直し、柱型や梁型があまり室内に出っ張らないように改良した集合住宅用の建物を提供する。【課題を解決するための手段】免震建物１は、免震装置41・43上に支持されたＲＣ構造の免震階を含む集合住宅用の建物である。この建物１は、免震装置上に載置された免震直上床下梁31の上に立てられた建物の端部に位置する端壁柱11a・13aと、戸内間仕切り壁の一部である間仕切り壁柱15−1・2・3を備える。壁柱があまり室内に出っ張らないので、部屋を隅から隅まで使える。また、バルコニー側の開放性（透明感）が向上する。【選択図】図２
