CAB SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the tipping of an outside pillar at overturning of machinery while securing the cab floating regulating action to an upper frame.SOLUTION: A box-shaped reinforcing member 18 is integrally attached to a root right side of a left rear piller 15 constituting a skeleton of a cab 12, and a side load at overturning of machinery is shared by the reinforcing member 18. A regulating bolt 20 is inserted into the reinforcing member 18, a cab lower frame 16 and an upper frame 11, and a washer 22 and a seal member 23 made of an elastic body is interposed between an upper surface wall 18a of the reinforcing member 18 and a bolt head 20a, and an upper surface of the upper surface wall 18 and a lower surface of the washer 22 are brought into indirect contact with each other through the seal member 23 above a lower end connecting portion of the left rear piller 15 to the cab lower frame 16, and thus, regulating means for regulating a floating displacement amount of the cab 12 is constituted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】アッパーフレームに対するキャブの浮き上がり規制作用を確保しながら、機械転倒時の外側ピラーの倒れを抑制する。【解決手段】キャブ12の骨格を構成する左後ピラー15の根元右側に箱状の補強部材18を一体に取付け、機械転倒時の側方荷重をこの補強部材18で分担する。また、補強部材18とキャブ下枠16とアッパーフレーム11に亘って規制ボルト20を貫挿するとともに、補強部材18の上面壁18aとボルト頭部20aの間にワッシャ22と弾性体から成るシール部材23を嵌装し、上面壁18の上面とワッシャ22の下面が、キャブ下枠16に対する左後ピラー15の下端接合部分よりも上方で、シール部材23を介して間接的に接触してキャブ2の浮き上がり変位量を規制する規制手段を構成した。【選択図】図5
