PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method of a building capable of confirming a state in a frame body of a state of being incorporated into the building, and capable of further reusing the frame body after conformation.SOLUTION: A repair method of a building comprises a rectangular frame body 2, an auxiliary sash bar material 3 extended in the rectangular frame body 2 and first face bars 4 and 5 for covering a main surface of the rectangular frame body 2 by being installed on a surface on the main surface side of the rectangular frame body 2 in the rectangular frame body 2 and the auxiliary sash bar material 3. In the repair method of the building, a part of the first face bar 4 is cut, and an end part on the surface side of the auxiliary sash bar material 3 is cut, so that a part of the first face bar 4 is removed. A core material 7 is installed on a side surface of the rectangular frame body 2 and the auxiliary sash bar material 3 exposed by removing a part of the first face bar 4. A second face bar 8 is installed on a surface on the main surface side of the core material 7 so as to become substantially flush with the first face bar 4 remaining in the rectangular frame body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】建物に組み込まれた状態の枠体内の状況を確認可能とし、さらに確認後には枠体を再利用可能な建物の改修方法を提供する。【解決手段】矩形枠体2と、矩形枠体2内に架け渡された補助棧材3と、矩形枠体2及び補助棧材3における矩形枠体2の主面側の表面に取り付けられることで、矩形枠体2の主面を覆う第一面材4,5と、を備える建物の改修方法である。建物の改修方法では、第一面材4の一部を切断するとともに、補助棧材3の表面側の端部を切断することで、第一面材4の一部を取り外す。第一面材4の一部が取り外されたことで露出した矩形枠体2及び補助棧材3の側面に対して芯材7を取り付ける。矩形枠体2に残存する第一面材4と略面一となるように、芯材7の主面側の表面に対して第二面材8を取り付ける。【選択図】図5
