CONTAMINANT AND WASTE REMOVAL DEVICE FOR MANHOLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contaminant and waste removal device for a manhole that removes contaminants and wastes that flow into a manhole without getting into the manhole, thereby resolving problems such as frequent pump failure at a manhole pumping station caused by a towel, diaper or other large-sized waste getting caught in a pump blade, as well as risks and accidents caused by harmful gases generated in a manhole.SOLUTION: The device is inside an existing auxiliary inflow pipe 5, and detachably installed with a detachable metal fitting 6 near an outlet of an inflow pipe 4. A material used is stainless steel that withstands corrosion. A tip of a spiny hook 8 is processed into a spiny form, so as to pierce through and hold contaminants and wastes that flow into a manhole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】マンホールポンプ場では、タオルや紙おむつ等の大きな夾雑物が流入することがあり、それらの夾雑物がポンプの羽に絡まり、ポンプが動かなくなることが多々起きる。また、マンホール内には有毒ガス等の発生により、内部での作業は非常に危険を伴い、事故も多く報告されている。本発明は、マンホール内に入ることなくマンホール内に流入する夾雑物を除去することを目的とする。【解決手段】本装置は、既設の副流入管５の内側にあり、流入管４の出口付近に、着脱金物6により着脱可能に設置する。材料は、腐食に耐えうるようステンレス鋼製とする。棘状フック8の先端は、流入してきた夾雑物を、突き刺し、留めるため棘状に加工を施してある。【選択図】図1
