FITTING DEVICE FOR SOLAR BATTERY PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device for installing as many solar battery panels as possible on a roof, the panels being grounded and laid out with a smaller gap in between.SOLUTION: A fitting device 10 for a solar battery panel is for fitting a solar battery panel 30 using a pressing metal fitting 40, on a base member 20 fixed on a sheet metal roof 50. A protrusion 23a that protrudes outward is formed on a lip part 23 of the conductive base member 20 having a C-channel shape. An upper edge of a frame 32 of the solar battery panel 30 is hooked on a hook part 41 of the pressing metal fitting 40, and a flat plate-form connecting part 43 is disposed in parallel with the frame 32, for fastening and fixing a fitting part 42 on a bottom surface 21 of the base member 20. The protrusion 23a bites into the frame 32, breaking through an insulating coat on a surface of the frame 32 to come in contact with a main body part, thus realizing an electrically conductive state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】屋根上に太陽電池パネルを、アースをした状態で隙間を少なく配設して、できるだけ多くの太陽電池パネルを取付けるための取付装置を提供する。【解決手段】板金屋根50に固定するベース部材20に対して、押え金具40を用いて太陽電池パネル30を取付ける太陽電池パネル取付装置10である。導電性のCチャンネル形状のベース部材20のリップ部23には、外側に向かって突出する凸部23aが設けられ、押え金具40の引掛け部41で太陽電池パネル30のフレーム32の端部上端を引掛けるとともに、平板状の連結部43をフレーム32と平行になるように配置して、取付け部42をベース部材20の底面部21に締結固定する。このとき、凸部23aがフレーム32に食い込んで、フレーム32表面の絶縁性被膜を破って本体部と接触し電気的に導通状態となる。【選択図】図2
