SHEAR REINFORCEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear reinforcement method that efficiently realizes a reinforcement effect by a shear reinforcement member, by securing sufficient adhesive force between a filler filled around the shear reinforcement member and a hole wall surface of a reinforcing member insertion hole.SOLUTION: A shear reinforcement method includes the following steps for: drilling a bottomed reinforcement member insertion hole 12 into a reinforced concrete wall 11; filling a filler 14 into the reinforcement member insertion hole 12; and installing a shear reinforcement member 13 into the reinforcement member insertion hole 12. In the step for filling, the filler 14 is filled continuously using a filling jig 20 while raising a pressure, the filler jig having a widened pressing part 20b formed at a tip of a discharge pipe 20a. In the step for installing the reinforcement member, a tubular slide packing member 21 is slid toward a hole opening part 12c while raising a pressure of the filler 14, by pressing the shear reinforcement member 13 into the filler 14 while pressing a tip part of the shear reinforcement member 13 against a rear edge of the filler 14, the tip part having the tubular slide packing member 21 fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】せん断補強材の周囲に充填された充填材と、補強材挿入孔の孔壁面との間の付着力を十分に確保して、せん断補強材による補強効果を効率良く発揮させる断補強工法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋コンクリート壁11に有底の補強材挿入孔12を形成する削孔工程と、補強材挿入孔12に充填材14を装填する装填工程と、補強材挿入孔12にせん断補強材13を設置する補強材設置工程とを含む。装填工程では、吐出管20aの先端部に押え拡径部20bが設けられた充填治具20を用いて、圧力を立たせながら充填材14を連続して充填する。補強材設置工程では、せん断補強材13の筒状スライドパッキン部材21が取り付けられた先端部を充填材14の後端部に押し付けた状態で、せん断補強材13を充填材14の内部に押し込んでゆくことにより、充填材14の圧力を立たせながら、筒状スライドパッキン部材21を、孔口部分12cに向けてスライド移動させる【選択図】図5
