CROSS BEAM INSTALLATION METAL FITTING FOR GUARD FENCE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross beam installation metal fitting for a guard fence that allows a cross beam to be installed on a support post readily and has excellent appearance.SOLUTION: A cross beam installation metal fitting has a pair of bilaterally symmetrical cross beam installation metal fitting bodies 1a, 1b formed by splitting in half a tube body having a contacting surface 4 that comes in contact with a support post 2 on one end. A notch 5 is formed on an upper corner of the cross beam installation metal fitting bodies 1a, 1b, while a bolt hole 7 is formed on a side surface of the cross beam installation metal fitting bodies 1a, 1b into which a cross beam installation bolt 6 is inserted for installing a cross beam 3 on the cross beam installation metal fitting bodies 1a, 1b. A protrusion 9 is formed on the contacting surface 4 of the cross beam installation metal fitting bodies 1a, 1b, the protrusion being engaged with an opening 8 formed on the support post 2. The protrusion 9 is engaged with the opening 8 when an interval (L) between the cross beam installation metal fitting bodies 1a, 1b is widened by inserting the cross beam 3 between the cross beam installation metal fitting bodies 1a, 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】支柱への横ビームの取り付けが容易に行え、しかも、外観に優れた防護柵用横ビーム取付金具を提供することにある。【解決手段】一端に支柱２との当接面４を有する管体を半割にした形状を有する左右対称の一対の横ビーム取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂからなり、横ビーム取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂの上部コーナー部には、切り欠き５が形成され、横ビーム取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂの側面には、横ビーム３を横ビーム取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂに取り付ける横ビーム取付ボルト６が挿通されるボルト孔７が形成され、横ビーム取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂの当接面４には、支柱２に形成された開口８に係合する突起９が形成され、突起９は、横ビーム３の横ビーム取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂ間への挿入によるビーム取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂ間の間隔（Ｌ）の広がりにより開口８に係合する。【選択図】図１
