STEAM AGING METHOD FOR STEEL SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam aging method for steel slag which enables risk of delayed expansion of the steel slag to be removed, thereby enabling the steel slag to be used for subbase material and aggregate at a high blending ratio as the slag having high reliability in expansion stability.SOLUTION: The steam aging method for steel slag is provided in which expansion of steel slag is suppressed for stabilization. The steel slag is subjected to a plurality times of steam aging processing with a weight loading step interposed between them. As a referable example, first steam aging for rising and maintaining temperature of the steel slag is carried out, and then the steel slag after the first steam aging is subjected to weight loading and second steam aging for rising and maintaining temperature again is carried out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】遅れ膨張の危険性を排除し、膨張安定化の信頼性の高いスラグとして、高配合率で路盤材や骨材に利用することが可能となる製鋼スラグの蒸気エージング方法を提案する。【解決手段】製鋼スラグの膨張を抑制して安定化させるための製鋼スラグの蒸気エージング方法において、載荷工程を挟んで、製鋼スラグを、複数回に亘って蒸気エージング処理することを特徴とする。好適な例として、製鋼スラグを蒸気で昇温して保持する1回目の蒸気エージングを行い、1回目の蒸気エージング後の製鋼スラグに載荷した後、載荷後の製鋼スラグを再度蒸気で昇温して保持する2回目の蒸気エージングを行う。【選択図】図3
