SUPPORT DEVICE FOR MOUNTING ON-ROOF DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for mounting a device on a traverse roofing roof.SOLUTION: A push-up member 6 and a press-down member 7 assembled by a bolt 8 are held in a state inclined upward toward an upstream side of a roof. An insertion part 13 of the push-up member 6 is inserted into an undersurface of a seam 3, and a support part 24 of the press-down member 7 is kept in contact with and supported by a high-position part 2c of a roofing material. Fastening parts of both members are fastened by the bolt 8, to generate moment around the support part 24 of the press-down member 7 functioning as a fulcrum. The members are rotated to rise from the inclined state, the seam 3 is lifted with the insertion part 13 of the push-up member 6 that rises and a top surface of the seam 3 is pressed down by a pressing part 25 of the press-down member 7 that rises. Here, the seam 3 is sandwiched tightly with rotary force by the pressing part 25 that rotates downward around the support part 24 and the insertion part 13 that rotates upward around a contacting support part 18, the two sandwiching parts biting into the seam, instead of merely holding the seam 3 from above and below between the pressing part 25 and the insertion part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】横葺屋根における機器搭載用支持装置を提供する。【解決手段】ボルト8により組付けた押上部材6及び押下部材7を屋根の上流側に向けて傾斜する傾斜姿勢として、押上部材6の差し込み部13を馳3の下面に差し込み、押下部材6の支持部24を屋根材の高位部2cに接支させた状態で、ボルト8により両部材の締結部を締着し、押下部材7の支持部24を支点とするモーメントを生じさせ、両部材を傾斜姿勢から回動起立させ、起立する押上部材6の差し込み部13により馳3を持ち上げ、起立する押下部材7の押圧部25により馳3の上面を押圧する構成とされ、この際、馳3の挟着は、単に押圧部25と差し込み部13により上下から挟みつけるのではなく、支持部24を支点として押圧部25を下向きに回動させ、接支部18を支点として差し込み部13を上向きに回動させることにより、回動方向から馳3に喰い込むようにして強力に挟着する。【選択図】図8
