REPAIR METHOD FOR DRAINAGE GUTTER AND COVER BLOCK FOR REPAIR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for a circular gutter having a water channel with a circular cross-section, and a cover block used in the repair work.SOLUTION: A repair method is for a circular drainage gutter, and comprises the following steps performed in sequence: a longitudinal cutting step for cutting in a longitudinal direction a block part above a circular water channel, at both edges of the water channel in a width direction; a provisional water channel formation step for removing a wasted part above the water channel that was cut in the longitudinal cutting step and provisionally forming the water channel into that with a U-shaped cross-section; a transverse cutting step for cutting in a transverse direction an upper part of a side wall 6 on right and left of a gutter block obtained in the provisional water channel formation step; a repair block formation step for removing a wasted part above the side wall 6 cut in the transverse cutting step, and provisionally forming a repair block B with a side wall of low height; and a cover installation step for placing and fixing a cover block C on the repair block B with a side wall of low height obtained in the repair block formation step. Repair work is possible that enables an old circular gutter to be recycled into a drainage gutter and perform a function as a drainage block again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断面円形の水路を有する円形側溝の改修方法と、それに用いる改修用蓋ブロックを提供する。【解決手段】円形排水用側溝の改修方法であって、円形水路の幅方向両端位置で、水路上方のブロック部を縦方向に切断する縦切り工程と、縦切り工程で切られた水路上方の廃棄部を除去して断面Ｕ字形の水路に仮形成する仮水路形成工程と、仮水路形成工程で得られた側溝ブロックの左右の側壁６の上方部分を横方向に切断する横切り工程と、横切り工程で切られた側壁６上方の廃棄部を除去して側壁高さの低い改修ブロックＢに仮形成する改修ブロック形成工程と、改修ブロック形成工程で得られた側壁高さの低い改修ブロックＢに蓋ブロックＣを載せて固定する蓋設置工程とを順に実行する。古い円形側溝を排水用側溝に再生して排水ブロックとしての機能を再び発揮できるよう改修することができる。【選択図】図１
