PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide building extension structure and an extension building construction method, enabling a construction period to be shortened.SOLUTION: Extension structure 1 for constructing an extension building 4 above an existing building 11, comprises: a stand 2 which is arranged on the existing building 11 and is supported from below with at least one of an outer wall (a wall) 13 and a column of the existing building 11 and on which the extension building 4 is constructed; and a bracket 3 fixed to the stand 2 and fixed so as to be opposed in the horizontal direction to at least the one of the outer wall 13 and the column of the existing building 11. A mortar grout (a grout material) 5 is filled between the stand 2 and the existing building 11 and between the bracket 3 and the existing building 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】工期を短縮できる増築構造および増築建物の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】既存建物１１の上部に増築建物４を構築する増築構造１１において、既存建物１１の上部に配置されるとともに、既存建物１１の外壁（壁）１３および柱の少なくとも一方に下方から支持され、上部に増築建物４が構築される架台２と、架台２に固定されるとともに、既存建物１１の外壁１３および柱の少なくとも一方と水平方向に対向するように固定されるブラケット３と、を備え、架台２と既存建物１１との間、および前記ブラケット３と既存建物１１との間には、モルタルグラウト（グラウト材）５が充填されている。【選択図】図１
