PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ambulatory slope device that has strength performance and safety performance, and carrying performance.SOLUTION: A slope device Z is constituted by connecting a plurality of slope bodies 1 each constituted by bonding and fixing thin plate materials 12, 13 made of fiber-reinforced plastic to both top and reverse surfaces of a substantially rectangular core material 10 in a short-side direction thereof, the core material 10 being composed of a thick plate type honeycomb core 10 which has a plurality of cells 11 sectioned by partition walls, and each cell 11 being open at both height-directional ends. With the constitution, the slope bodies 1 are improved in rigidity and in strength performance, specially, bending strength as shape effects by integration of the honeycomb core 10 and a pair of thin plate materials 12, 13, and the slope body 1 is made lightweight by using the lightweight honey core 10 as the core material of the slope body 1, thereby providing a lightweight slope device which has small flexural deformation when loaded and is high in reliability during use as synergistic effect thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】携行式のスロープ装置において、強度性能と安全性能、及び可搬性能の並立を実現する。【解決手段】略長矩形の芯材10の表裏両面に繊維強化プラスチック製の薄板材12,13を接着固定してなる複数のスロープ体1をその短辺方向に連接して構成されるスロープ装置Zにおいて、上記芯材10を、隔壁によって区画された複数のセル11を有し且つ該セル11が高さ方向の両端で開口した厚板状のハニカムコア10で構成する。係る構成によれば、ハニカムコア10と一対の薄板材12,13の一体化による形状効果として、該スロープ体1の剛性の向上、及び強度性能、特に曲げ強度の向上が図られ、しかも該スロープ体1の芯材として軽量なハニカムコア10を用いたことで該スロープ体1の軽量化も図られ、これらの相乗効果として、軽量で、しかも荷重の負荷時における撓み変形が少なく使用時の信頼性の高いスロープ装置を提供できる。【選択図】図1
