PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window glass support structure which can make an external face of the window glass of a vehicle door and an external face of exterior member (garnish) of the vehicle door accurately flush with each other, and a lifting device having the window glass support structure.SOLUTION: A window glass support structure comprises: a frame 4 which supports an end edge 11 of window glass 10; a rail part 30 arranged at the frame 4; a slider 40 which is fixed to the window glass 10, and slidably arranged at the rail part 30; an exterior member 5 which is arranged at the frame 4, and has an external face 5a which is arranged at an external face 10a of the window glass 10 so as to be flush therewith; and a sealing member 60 which seals a clearance between the exterior member 5 and the window glass 10. The rail part 30 and the sealing member 60 are constituted as different members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
