PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Tsunami shelter.SOLUTION: Mainly in a shelter for easily going in and out of the lower side and airtightly constituting an upper part, and mainly in a Tsunami shelter for easily going in and out of the lower side and airtightly constituting an upper part, a large Tsunami is frequently caused in a world scale, but since the possibility of not experiencing through a lifetime is large in an inhabitant of a specific district, when applying a Tsunami countermeasure to a daily life space, since an accumulation loss by inconvenience of a daily life is large, a lower layer story does not particularly counteracts against a Tsunami, and when an upper layer story is formed as a Tsunami shelter, since cases are reported many such as being damaged when going back to take valuables due to getting tired though evacuating to the shelter once by a Tsunami alarm, a cable is connected to the valuables as indicated in Fig. 8, and the upper end is inserted into the shelter from a skirt part 95, and is moored to a hook 100, and can be safely recovered as long as a time permits from the inside of the shelter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
