PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the weight saving of a shell cover and the visual inspection of a cargo handling condition in a cargo handling grab bucket equipped with the shell cover.SOLUTION: A shell cover 20 fixed for closing the upper opening 19 of a shell 6 to prevent scattering of gripped matters is configured of a frame member 21 and a sheet body 22 made of a resin material fixed inside the frame member 21 in a spread state. Such a configuration of the shell cover 20 of the frame member 21 and the resin-made sheet body 22 can make weight saving of the shell cover 20 by much reducing the weight of the shell cover 20 as compared with a conventional form equipped with a steel-made shell cover. Further, at least a part of the sheet body 22 is provided with a transparent window part 28 to visually inspect the interior of the shell 6 from outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シェルカバーを備える荷役用グラブバケットにおいて、シェルカバーの軽量化を図ること、および、荷役状態を目視できるようにすることを目的とする。【解決手段】掴み物の飛散防止を目的としてシェル６の上方開口１９を閉塞するように固定されるシェルカバー２０を、枠部材２１と、枠部材２１の内側に展張状態で固定される樹脂素材からなるシート体２２とで構成する。このようにシェルカバー２０を枠部材２１と、樹脂製のシート体２２とで構成していると、鉄鋼製のシェルカバーを備える従来形態に比べて、シェルカバー２０の重量を格段に小さくして、シェルカバー２０の軽量化を図ることができる。また、シート体２２の少なくとも一部に、シェル６の内部を外部から目視するための透明な窓部２８を設ける。【選択図】図１
