CURABLE FILLER, REPAIRING PROCESS USING THE FILLER AND METHOD OF DISCHARGING THE CURABLE FILLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform a repairing operation from the lower part without increasing to a storage shed.SOLUTION: Provided is a curable filler M comprising a curing agent, a chemical admixture, an aggregate, a retardant, a liquid resin and water, and in which working life is 30 to 60 min, compressive strength for the material age of 3 hr is 10 N/mm, the coefficient of water absorption is 5% or lower and adhesive performance is 1N/mmor higher. The curable filler M is put and placed on a patch 5, the patch 5 placed with the curable filler M is pressed against the lower face of the part 4 to be repaired from the lower part of the part 4 to be repaired of the storage shed 3, the curable filler M is extruded to the upper face of the storage shed 3 from a gap of a crack, a hole and a beverage, and the patch 5 is supported as being pressed against the lower face of the part 4 to be repaired. When the curable filler M reaches condensation end from condensation start, the patch 5 is adhered to the part 4 to be repaired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】上家に上がることなく下から安全に補修作業を行う。【解決手段】硬化剤と混和剤と骨材と遅延剤と液体樹脂と水とを含有し、可使時間が30分〜60分で、材齢3時間の圧縮強度が10N/mm2以上、吸水率が5%以内で、接着性能が1N/mm2以上である硬化性充填材Mを用いる。当て板5に硬化性充填材Mを盛って載せ置き、上家3の被補修箇所4の下方から硬化性充填材Mが載せ置かれた当て板5を被補修箇所4の下面に押し当て、割れや穴やひびの空隙から硬化性充填材Mを上家3の上面に押し出して当て板5を被補修箇所4の下面に押し当てたまま支持する。硬化性充填材Mが凝結開始から凝結終結に達すると、当て板5は被補修箇所4に接着される。【選択図】図6
