PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure with evacuation space, which has a simple and robust structure and enables a construction cost to be reduced.SOLUTION: A building structure with evacuation space 1 comprises a cover part 2 that has waterproofness and airtightness on its upper side, and fixing means 4 to fix the cover part on the ground. The fixing means has a fixing force to maintain a position of the cover part against buoyant force in a state where the cover part is immersed under water. The cover part is continuously formed from its lateral side to its upper side and an evacuation space S is formed at least inside the upper side of the cover part. Consequently, the inside of the cover part 2, that is, the inside of the evacuation space, is prevented from being inundated even if the water level rises due to a tidal wave. Even if the water level rises and the cover part 2 is entirely submerged due to the tidal wave, the cover part is fixed on the ground by the fixing force of the fixing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】構造が単純かつ堅牢であるとともに、建築コストの低減を図った避難空間付建造物を提供する。【解決手段】避難空間付建造物1と、その上側が防水性及び気密性を有して構成される覆い部2と、覆い部を地盤に固定する固定手段4と、を備え、固定手段が、覆い部が水に沈んだ状態で、浮力に抗して位置を維持する固定力を有し、覆い部が、側方から上方まで連続形成されて少なくともその上側の内部に避難空間Sを形成するように構成されており、これにより、例えば、津波により水嵩が上昇したとしても、覆い部2の内部、即ち避難空間の内部まで浸水しないように構成されていることとなり、さらに水嵩が上昇して、津波により覆い部2の全体が水没したとしても、覆い部が、固定手段の固定力により地盤に固定されている。【選択図】図3
