COMPACTION ROLLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compaction roller with which an overhang on a side may be eliminated or downsized for suppressing decline in a vibration compaction function of a tire.SOLUTION: A compaction roller includes: an exciter 3 generating vibration with a vibration motor 2; a pair of traveling drive shafts 4 on right and left that conveys vibration from the exciter 3 to outside tires T1, T4 and inside tires T2, T3 adjacent to the outside tires while synchronously driving the outside tires T1, T4 and the inside tires T2, T3; a pair of drive motors 5 on right and left for driving each of the traveling drive shafts 4 respectively; and a pair of first suspension brackets 8 on right and left fitted on a vehicle body 1 with vibration insulating means 6 in between, positioned between the outside tires T1, T4 and the inside tires T2, T3 for supporting the traveling drive shaft 4 with a shaft bearing 7 in between. The exciter 3 has a source of vibration thereof disposed inside the traveling drive shaft 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】サイドオーバーハングを無しに或いは小さくでき、タイヤの振動締固め機能の低下を抑制できる転圧ローラを提供する。【解決手段】転圧ローラにおいて、振動用モータ2により振動を発生する起振装置3と、外側のタイヤT1,T4とこれに隣接する内側のタイヤT2,T3とを同期して走行駆動しつつ、起振装置3の振動を外側のタイヤT1,T4と内側のタイヤT2,T3に伝達する左右一対の走行駆動軸4と、各走行駆動軸4をそれぞれ駆動する左右一対の走行用モータ5と、防振手段6を介して車体1に取り付けられて外側のタイヤT1,T4と内側のタイヤT2,T3との間に位置し、軸受7を介して走行駆動軸4を支持する左右一対の第1支持ブラケット8と、を備え、起振装置3は、その振動源が走行駆動軸4の内部に配置されている。【選択図】図2
