PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of performing a repair of a defect of a seal formed at the base material end part of a ceramic filter, in a simple process and at a low cost, and avoiding the generation of a thermal stress accompanying the repair.SOLUTION: A repair material is injected by an aerosol deposition method to a defective portion of a seal layer, which is formed in at least either an end portion of the entrance side or the exit side of the fluid passage of a ceramic filter, thereby to repair the defective portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】セラミックフィルタの基材端部に形成されたシールの欠陥を補修する際、その補修を簡易なプロセスで低コストに行うことができ、かつ、補修に伴う熱応力の発生を回避することができる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】セラミックフィルタの流体流路の入側と出側の少なくとも何れかの端部に形成されたシール層の欠陥箇所に、エアロゾルデポジション法により、補修原料を噴射して、欠陥箇所の補修を行う。【選択図】図２
