METHOD FOR TREATING WASTE GYPSUM BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating waste gypsum board, in which the total amount of the waste gypsum board can be treated and which does not exert a bad influence on the quality of cement.SOLUTION: The method for treating waste gypsum board comprises the steps of: crushing the waste gypsum board W to obtain a crushed material CW; separating the crushed material CW into a lumpy material B and powder PO; granulating the powder to obtain a granulated material GM; and throwing the granulated material GM and the lumpy material B in a clinker cooler 2 arranged incidentally to a cement kiln 1. Paper P can be separated from the crushed material and the separated paper can be thrown in the cement kiln. A discharged material D from the clinker cooler can be separated into waste gypsum board-derived gypsum G1 and a clinker C. When the powder is granulated, granularity of the granulated material is set to be 5 mm or smaller. When the discharged material is separated into the gypsum and the clinker, wind power can be used and the separated gypsum can be thrown in a cement mill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】廃石膏ボードの全量を処理することができ、セメントの品質に悪影響を及ぼすこともない廃石膏ボードの処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】廃石膏ボードＷを破砕し、破砕して得られた破砕物ＣＷを塊状物Ｂと粉体ＰＯとに分離し、該粉体を造粒し、造粒して得られた造粒物ＧＭと前記塊状物Ｂとをセメントキルン１に付設されたクリンカクーラ２に投入する廃石膏ボードの処理方法。破砕物から紙Ｐを分離し、分離した紙をセメントキルンに投入することができる。クリンカクーラからの排出物Ｄを、廃石膏ボードに由来する石膏Ｇ１とクリンカＣとに分離することができる。その際、造粒物の粒度を５ｍｍ以下とし、排出物の石膏及びクリンカへの分離を風力選別により行うことができ、分離された石膏をセメントミルに投入することができる。【選択図】図１
